Trip Details

So this is my first entry into my new blog! My long-time friend from elementary school, Mark Dorighi, and I will be traveling to Asia this summer after we graduate from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. We figure this will be the last real chance to see the world in this way since we both start working this August. We randomly discovered last winter that we both wanted to see Asia since we had already been around Europe; he with his family and myself while studying abroad in Italy Fall of 2005. The plan is to see China, Vietnam, and Thailand and soak up sites and culture as we go. Cities on the list are Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Hanoi, Halong Bay, Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, and other Thai islands. We leave July 1st and will return August 4. I will keep you posted once the trip starts!
